The multiple swimming pools were a refreshing escape.
The cleanliness was appalling. the room was filthy. I found old used drink dispensers, and most of them were not working. The food was monotonous, primarily just pork, and the pool water was freezing cold. Staff should be more proactive, especially regarding ice cream supply. Expecting a decent stay at a 4-star hotel, I was sorely disappointed.

I enjoyed a blissful 5-night stay in a Double Room with Balcony, where the stunning partial sea views were a dreamy start to each day. The unique bio pond provided a refreshing swimming experience surrounded by vibrant wildlife, which was incredibly soothing. Plus, Oros, the barman, mixed the most delightful drinks, making our evenings at the bar truly memorable!
